Dee Taylor Dee entered the world of jewelry in the early 60s and has enjoyed a lifelong career working in an industry that is consumed by emotions and romantics. She recalls her first sale with great fondness; a heart locket with the relief of a blue bird in enamel on it. Her eye and love for Art Deco has inspired many of her own designs and is reflected throughout the selection on display at Carbon. The relationship forged with each of her clients is the one she treasures most of all. 
 Marie Georgiou Commencing her own jewellery journey in 1979 at Mazzucchellis, Hay Street (then owned privately by the family Don and Bruce Mazzucchelli). One of Maries most earliest memories of her first significant sale was to a lovely matured very unassuming gentleman who bought an 18ct yellow gold two tone Omega watch worth $5, 500. Maries heart was racing and Mr Don was thrilled for her.
